Massimiliano Allegri has shared his thoughts regarding Dusan Vlahovic after the draw against Torino.

Juventus entered the Turin derby against Torino in the hope of winning to consolidate 4th place in the table. They enter this match with 2 points more than Atalanta, so a win will maintain the lead against the Bergamo team.

However, the inability to beat Torino puts Juventus in danger of being leveled by Atalanta. In an interview on DAZN after the draw with Torino, Massimiliano Allegri first reacted to the match result:

“We weren’t excellent against Torino, but we played a good game. Paradoxically we conceded a goal in our best moment. In the first half we had two or three situations where We could have scored, but in the second half we didn’t.”

 Allegri commented on Vlahovic.

“Then we played tricks in the second half but I think that’s normal in the league, especially when you aim to be in the top four.”

The Italian coach analyzed the performance of the star striker Dusan Vlahovic, who was incompetent in this match:

He struggled in this game because he’s a top star but he needs to learn a lot . Tonight he dragged Bremer around because he’s very strong with direct ball.”

“Don’t forget that he comes from a team that is having a very good season but has to play one game a week. You have to develop, you have to get used to it otherwise, physically you cannot play for three days. once.”
