Rangers midfielder John Lundstram reveled in the booing rain he received shortly after Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Celtic.
The 28-year-old has become a favorite at Ibrox with his performances at the heart of the central axis both at home and in Europe.
And Lundstram enjoyed a smile as he was greeted with anger including chants of ‘bag ****’ as he walked away from Celtic Park after the deadlock.
The midfielder joined in the heat of battle but acted mime in his move as Rangers staff guided him out of the main entrance.
Former Sheffield United law enforcement officer spoke before the game about his failure to fully realize the importance of Rangers when he arrived last summer.
And part of that experience includes landing in front of opposition supporters after a big derby.
And Lundstram tried to match his wits before the game as he put his faith in the league leaders.
He told Sky Sports: “We got better as the season went on. There is a lot of pressure on Celtic right now to win the championship but the pressure comes with expectations. Now they have to end strongly. “
