Hannibal Mejbri sends a message to Ralf Rangnick before returning to MU

Manchester United teenager Hannibal Mejbri is currently aiming for AFCON glory with Tunisia and will be looking for a first-team opportunity when he returns to Old Trafford.

Mejbri, signed from Monaco in 2019, has only made one Premier League appearance but hopes to get more opportunities.

Mejbri has outlined his ambitions ahead of his return to Old Trafford. He told Le Parisien: ” When I return to United, we will see if there will be any changes for me and if I can try to win a place in the team. In any case. , I will work hard for that goal.”

 MU’s young star is trusted by Tunisia.

Several United youngsters have opted to go on loan, but Mejbri has opted to stay in Manchester. Rangnick admitted to still watching Mejbri. He said: “I watched the final (Arab Cup) and I fully know that we have a great player, great talent coming from our youth teams.”

“Hopefully after the Africa Cup of Nations, he can train regularly and be part of our team.”

Mejbri also outlined his hopes of playing for his national team at the World Cup in Qatar this winter: ” It’s a real ambition that we all want to fulfill. Everyone dreams of coming back. Qatar after a year to play in the World Cup and we will continue to work hard towards that.”
